We created Portal Solutions to help companies enable the business powers of Microsoft’s Collaborative Technologies, specifically those based on SharePoint Product and Technologies. We saw that there was a void in the market. Many of the companies providing SharePoint services missed the mark. Many had wide-ranging Microsoft practices that went a mile wide and an inch deep, or they were entrenched in the technology and had no understanding of the business value of SharePoint. Frequently, customers would call us because their existing Microsoft service provider had very limited SharePoint expertise or no ability to understand how SharePoint would help their business. We were always able to help these customers because we know the Business of SharePoint. We like to say “SharePoint Delivered. Business Empowered.”
