Titled Improve Usability and Deliver Robust User Experiences with Solid Information Architectures, his presentation will outline the importance of crafting a complete information architecture. Chris works for Portal Solutions crafting enterprise content management solutions on the Microsoft SharePoint Server platform. He has a particular interest in crafting information architecture, enterprise governance, and end-user adoption to deliver results from a solution. He holds a BS in Management Information Systems with an emphasis on Information Architecture. He has been working professionally in portals and collaboration since 2003. In addition to his extraordinary technical skills, Chris has a knack for being able to relate to business users and helping solve their problems.
