August 3, 2009   Today, Portal Solutions announced that it had hired Giovanni (Gio) Estrada as its new Director of Business Development.  Mr. Estrada, an 18-year veteran of the software and IT consulting industries, will focus on penetrating large accounts for Portal Solutions as the company continues its expansion beyond its traditional mid-market base.
