During this phase, we build the solution and configure the SharePoint portal based on the design validated during the Architect phase. The following activities may be performed:

• Configure SharePoint Portal “out of the box” including technical infrastructure, navigation and site taxonomy, identified templates, personal sites, team site collection, audiences, profiles and inter-action with existing infrastructure
• Perform Administrative Training
• Build custom functionality as identified
• Conduct internal acceptance testing
• Assist in migration of content as appropriate
