To ensure that the project stays on course and produces the results that we expected it to, our Optimize phase was developed. During the Optimize phase, we will work with our customers to refine, monitor, and manage their SharePoint implementation. This may include:

• System updates: We will manage the updating and currency of our customers’ SharePoint implementation.
• Integration: We will assist in the integration between SharePoint and other complementary software.
• Monitoring: We will ensure that our customer’s system is secure, up and running, and optimized.
• Maintenance: We will ensure that out customer’s system is performing as expected.
• Plan: We will work with our customers to ensure that they are ready to grow their system as needed.
