Our implementation approach will enable our customers to take advantage of our experience and best practices with SharePoint and help to ensure a successful solution deployment. In addition, the approach assumes a phased release strategy so that functionality can be delivered by using a rapid deployment approach. The typical first phase of the intranet/portal in this approach primarily leverages the “out of the box” capabilities of SharePoint Portal Server in a customized design and may include creation of custom templates and some “web parts” may be required to achieve the primary business objectives.

The successful completion of any project involves a tradeoff of three factors: time, resources and scope. A web based project is no exception. Such projects are generally fixed in terms of time and resources, so the scope must be adjusted to fit within these constraints. Key to the value of the service is the interactive design sessions during which the project team gathers information on the clients’ environment and needs. Our consultants educate the client’s staff on the critical architecture and business decisions and guide them to the best solutions. The team then prepares visualization of the design for client review.
